Conditions:
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Must arrive on time and start working according to DS dates;
- Server: Organizing and setting up workspace before, during, and after each shift including stocking, cleaning, sanitizing, and preparatory work. Greeting and welcoming guests to the restaurant while maintaining a professional appearance. Knowledgeable present menus and recommendations to guests. Using the company’s sequence of service with guests to make sure they are having a quality dining experience. Clearing, cleaning, sanitizing and resetting the venue as needed. Efficiently operating a computerized point-of-sale system, completing financial transactions accurately, making changes, and running credit cards. Effectively and proactively communicate any safety, guest, or employee concerns with the Supervisors and Management. Contributing to the overall success of the venue by running food, seating tables, and welcoming guests as needed./ $7.33 per hout + tips
- Dishwasher and Cook: Participants must be flexible with completing tasks as necessary based on restaurant needs. You may assist in dishwashing, line cooking, and cook duties or a combination, based on individual skills and business needs. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment & utensils. Restock food goods. Wash and mop kitchen floors. Take the trash out. Cook duties include the following: Preparing food before meal service begins, including chopping vegetables, breaking down meat into serving sizes, making sauces and dividing herbs Setting up and stocking kitchen stations Cooking assigned foods during restaurant service while complying with senior chefs’ instructions and recommendations Plating cooked foods Keeping food stations clean and organized/ $16.00 per hour

- The employer provides uniforms. Please bring comfortable closed-toe shoes, jeans with no tears, and long jeans shorts. No visible tattoos are preferred.
Housing and Transportation:
- Housing assisted by the employer, costs $22 per day per student. If housing rules are respected and there is no damage done to the property the deposit of $200 will be refunded in full;
- The housing is a 15-20 min walk from the restaurant. Students can walk or bike to work.
