Our business is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, that has many attractions including the beach, 2 state parks, boardwalks, marshwalk, Brookgreen Gardens, Ripley’s Aquarium, and tons of other attractions to choose from.

 

Weekly working hours: avg. 32h

Start Date/End Date: June 1st – 5th   until September 18th

Conditions: 

  • Upper-intermediate English;
  • Must arrive on time and start working according to DS dates;
  • Line Cook: Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and portion ingredients according to the recipes and menu specifications. This includes chopping, cutting, marinating, and measuring ingredients accurately. Cooking: Cook and plate various dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following the appropriate cooking techniques and timings. Ensure that food is cooked to perfection, maintaining taste, texture, and presentation standards. Station Organization: Keep the cooking station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment to facilitate a smooth workflow during service/ $13.00 per hour;
  • Busser: Table Preparation: Bussers are responsible for setting up tables before and after each customer. This involves arranging cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other tableware. Clearing Tables: Once customers finish their meals, bussers promptly clear the table of used dishes, glassware, and other items, ensuring it’s ready for the next guests. Cleaning and Sanitizing: Bussers clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining area fixtures regularly. They may also be responsible for sweeping and mopping the dining floor to maintain cleanliness. Refilling Supplies: They restock essential supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments, to ensure that waitstaff have everything they need to provide efficient service. Assisting Waitstaff: Bussers work closely with the Waitstaff, providing support as needed. This includes helping serve food and beverages, responding to guest requests, and addressing any concerns promptly/ $4.50 per hour + tips;
  • Prep Cook: Ingredient Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, dice, and slice vegetables, fruits, and herbs as per established recipes and standards. Prepare meat, poultry, and seafood by trimming, cutting, and portioning. Measure and weigh ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in recipe execution. Recipe Readiness: Ensure all necessary ingredients are readily available for the cooking staff. Stock and maintain kitchen stations with essential items like sauces, spices, and condiments. Follow recipes and instructions provided by the head chef or sous chef. Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils. Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables properly. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate preparation activities and ensure a smooth flow of service. Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to avoid delays and maintain quality. Equipment Maintenance: Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, food processors, and grinders. Report any malfunctioning equipment to the chef or manager for repairs/ $13.00 per hour;
  • Dishwasher: Key Responsibilities: Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils using commercial dishwashers or by hand, depending on the establishment’s setup and requirements. Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the dishwashing area clean and tidy, including the dishwasher itself, countertops, and surrounding areas. Empty and clean garbage and recycling bins regularly. Equipment Care: Maintain and clean kitchen equipment such as dishwasher filters, racks, and trays to ensure proper functioning and prevent damage. Team Support: Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of dishwashing and kitchen operations/ $13.00 per hour;
  • Training at your assigned store is paid at the hourly rate. Training may take up to two weeks;
  • 1 free meal per shift;
  • Uniform provided at a cost of $30-  Name tags, Senor Frogs t-shirt, apron, kitchen/chef coats. Please bring e a closed-toed, black, slip-resistant athletic shoe and blue jeans.

Housing and Transportation:

  • Must arrange own, leads will be given;
  • Typical transportation for the area is walking or biking.
