Cliff House Maine – Cape Neddick, ME

Company Description and Location: 

The Cliff House Resort and Spa is located in Cape Neddick, ME which is a heavily trafficked tourist area nestled between Ogunquit & York Maine. This is a luxurious resort that is situated on the cliffs of the ocean with several restaurants, banquet halls, and a spa. Cape Neddick is a beach resort area with many beach-related activities, tourist shops, and restaurants. Participants can also take the bus or Amtrak to NYC. The employer always hosts a monthly activity, and will provide other suggestions for the team members to visit on their own

Weekly working hours: avg. 32h per week

Start Date/End Date: June 1- June 10th  until  September 30th

Conditions: 

• Advanced English level is required;
• Spa Locker Attendant: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the spa, pool(s), hot tub(s), men’s/women’s locker rooms. Ensure towels are replaced and removed for cleaning. Communicate with guests offering water, towels, or assistance. Ensure all carpeted areas are kept clean and free from debris. Ensure all hard floors are kept clean and well maintained. Knowledgeable regarding equipment and chemicals. Understand hazard communications program. Respond to guest and management requests. Flexible with schedule to meet hotel needs. Ensure all spills are cleaned up immediately. Responsible for monitoring and reporting all maintenance-related problems /  $15.50 per hour
• Paid hourly training;
• The employer will provide a uniform.

Housing and Transportation:

• Housing assisted by employer, at a cost of $135.00 per student, per week. A security/administrative fee of $200 will be deducted, with $100 refundable at the end of employment if the housing remains clean and in good condition, with all personal items removed;
• Employer provides transportation.
