- Line Cook (MUST have prior Line Cook experience): preparing and cooking menu items, including receiving and ordering products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper food handling and safety standards. It emphasizes the importance of efficiency, product knowledge, and accurately assembling orders while following specific procedures for various types of requests / $18.00 per hour
- Prep Cook: preparing recipes and menu items according to specifications, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities also include accurately reading order tickets, assembling orders with attention to quality, and communicating professionally with team members / $18.00 per hour
- Dishwasher: ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards of dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using both machine and manual methods. Key tasks include organizing the dish area, washing dishes, removing waste, assisting kitchen staff with prep work, and adhering to safety and sanitation practices./ $16.00 per hour
- Food Runner: delivering food and drinks quickly to guests, addressing inquiries and issues with professionalism, and maintaining cleanliness in the server area. Additionally, the role involves stocking supplies, pre-bussing and resetting tables, and ensuring clear communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff./ $12.00 per hour + tips
- Retail Sales Associate: welcoming and assisting guests with their inquiries, processing sales transactions, and managing cash responsibly. Additionally, it includes maintaining store cleanliness, ensuring product availability, and creating memorable experiences to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty / $18.00 per hour
- Busser: maintaining cleanliness in various areas of the establishment, including the front façade, guest restrooms, and dining spaces. Responsibilities include ensuring positive guest experiences, gathering and cleaning tableware, stocking supplies, managing inventory, and adhering to safety and sanitation practices, all while performing tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency / $10.00 + tips
- Host: welcoming guests, providing information, and maintaining a clean environment. Additionally, hosts assist staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and create memorable experiences to foster loyal customers / $16.00 per hour
- Server: taking and processing guest orders, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key responsibilities include demonstrating product knowledge, engaging in suggestive selling, and creating memorable experiences for guests while regularly checking in to meet their needs / $2.20 + tips
- Training is paid at the hourly rate. Training may take up to two weeks;
- Uniforms include shirts, hats, aprons, lanyards, pins, chef coats, and other items based on your position. Please wear black trousers, a black belt, black socks, and black, slip-resistant, closed-toe shoes. These non-slip shoes are essential for your safety in the restaurant and can be purchased at Walmart, local retailers, or online.
