Pay rate: $26.92 per hour

Position Summary:
Residential and commercial installers and servicers install and service a wide variety of interior and exterior prefabricated products such as windows, doors, electrical appliances, water heaters, fences, play structures, and septic and irrigation systems at residential, commercial, or institutional properties. They are employed by companies specializing in specific product installation and service.
Responsibilities and Experience:
- Experience operating some heavy equipment such as excavators.
- Must have experience with chain link fence building-installation.
- Must have a current license for towing a heavy trailer or get one immediately.
- License and ability to operate heavy equipment such as an excavator.
- Must be able to read plans, experience with BC 1 Call information – experience and knowledge of gas and other underground utility lines when digging.
- Heavy lifting is required, Operating Hand Tools, including wheelbarrow and shovels.
- Must have knowledge and experience with hand & power tools.
- Must be motivating, positive, and hard-working.
- Welding experiences are an asset but are not required.
- very physical position.
- strong with no pre-existing injuries (back problems, etc.).
- enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience using excavators.
- Driver’s license.
- Operating hand tools, including wheelbarrow and shovels.
