Sous Chef

• Minimum of 2.5 years relevant experience from Hotel/ Resort / Cruise Ship – preferably 4/ 4.5/ 5 Star
• Past C&B / volume experience an advantage
• Clean Criminal Record from country of Origin
• Reference checked/ letter from previous employer – preferred
• 100% Single Travel Status due to accommodation restrictions – will discuss assistance with bringing spouses (no kids) after first 6 months and subject to performance
• Female – no age restrictions/ preferences
• Male – no age restrictions/ preferences

• 2 Weeks (14 calendar days) Vacation per annum

• Minimum of 32 hours per week – various shifts as required – Yellowknife, NT
• 10-hour split shifts 6 day a week with one full weekend off per month – Iqaluit – NU
