Between the long stretch of beach and Broadway at the Beach, there is something for everyone to do. Weekly working hours: average 32 per week

Start Date/End Date: June 1st- June 27th until September 1st-30th

Conditions: 

• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English; 
• Must arrive on time and start working according to DS dates;
• Line Cook:  Prepares food according to recipes. Coordinates food orders to ensure timely delivery. Prepares food by measuring, cutting, peeling. Ensures all products are stored, labeled, and rotated. Ensures the cleanliness of all freezers, prep areas. Assists in kitchen cleanliness, including all station equipment, utensils (flat tops, grills, storage drawers) Cleans all dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and utensils. Removes waste, garbage, and recyclable materials from the kitchen. Stocks cleans, closes all stations. Flexible and willing to be trained in all kitchen positions: dishwasher, line cook, prep cook. Participants must work with pork. Stand for long periods of time/ $18.00per hour
• Host: Must greet guests with a smile, in a friendly and welcoming manner, control the flow of traffic, and maintain guest areas. Must greet guests with a smile, in a friendly and welcoming manner, controls the flow of traffic, and maintains guest areas / $16.00 per hour
• Busser: Assists servers and management to achieve a successful shift. Stocks replenish, retrieve, and supplies. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision / $4.50 per hour + tips
• Server: Delivers and carries (with or without trays) food and beverage items, for own and others’ tables, with a sense of urgency; knows all table numbers and floor plans. When necessary, will occasionally assist the host person with greeting and seating guests. / $2,83 per hour + tips
• Training will be provided. The training is paid at the hourly rate and may take up to two weeks;
• T-shirt – First Issue Free. You will be required to be in full uniform to start training. Participants must purchase khaki trousers or short trousers and black, slip-resistant, close-toed shoes. There are many shops in Myrtle Beach to purchase required pants

Housing and Transportation:

• Must arrange own, leads will be given;
• Typical transportation for the area is walking or biking.
