They focus on the long-term growth of their property portfolio and are committed to the management, maintenance, and improvement of their properties. With several different types of properties catering to a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds, they are able to sustain a diverse portfolio.

Position Description:

• Support renewals and leasing department
• Maintain maximum occupancy rates for a portfolio of 7500 units at ideal occupancy rates
• Optimize market conditions and negotiate offers
• Follow workflow, and templates and maintain strong record-keeping
• Handle various projects as assigned by department heads

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be full-time university students with an academic focus in business studies OR have graduated less than 12 months from the internship begin date.
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold business degrees and have at least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years in this field
• Applicant must speak advanced English
• Applicant must be professional and confidential at all times
• Communication and organizational skills required
• Ability to manage volume
• Work well within a collaborative team environment
• Willing to learn and train on the job
• Yardi, leasing, renewal background preferred, not required
• Computer literate and savvy required
