Northgate Resorts owns and manages the most awarded Camp-Resort portfolio in the nation. Our passion is creating family camping memories for our guests – memories that will last a lifetime! We welcome our international participants to join us this season.We hold employee events and celebrate employee birthdays or hold international potluck events. We offer our employees discounts of up to 30% off our Snackbar, and merchandise and 20% off all F&B at our Camp Store. You also can have free coffee and fountain soda drives and Icees for 25 cents. Plus you are able to obtain four resort day-passes per month. 

Weekly working hours:  avg. 32 per week

Start Date/End Date:  June 1st – 20th June until  30th September

Conditions: 

• Advanced English;
• Camp Team Members : You may be working in Food Service, Housekeeping, Pool Attendants, Recreation, or Camp Store. Your employer will decide which position is best suited for you during your employer interview. Must be flexible and willing to accept the position being offered. This location caters to the family crowd and we have high standards to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests. Every employee must be friendly, helpful, approachable, and confident to give their best and have outstanding customer service skills;
• Your employer will train you in your assigned position;
• Employer provides shirt and name tag. Each participant must bring black or khaki shorts/pants and comfortable athletic shoes.

Housing and Transportation:

• Housing assisted by employer at a cost of $100.00 per month , per student. Deposit of  $100.00 will be paid to the employer upon arrival. As long as you have not damaged the property and left it the way you found it, you will receive your deposit back;
