Weekly working hours: average 32 per week

Start Date/End Date: June 1st- 15th until September 1st-30th

Conditions: 

• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English; 
• Training will be provided. The training is paid at the hourly rate and may take up to two weeks;
• Employer provides uniform; 
• Dishwasher: Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment for all Staff Members and guests. Scrapes, racks, and stacks glassware/plateware/silverware properly in the dishwasher. Sweeps, mops, and washes pots, dishes, etc. by using hand or dish equipment and cooler detailing / $14.50;
• Line or Prep Cook:  Prepares food according to recipes. Coordinates food orders to ensure timely delivery. Prepares food by measuring, cutting, and peeling. Ensures all products are stored, labeled, and rotated. Ensures cleanliness of all freezers, and prep areas. Assists in kitchen cleanliness, including all station equipment, and utensils (flat tops, grills, storage drawers) Cleans all dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and utensils / $15,00 per hour
• Host/Retail Associate: Must greet guests with a smile, in a friendly and welcoming manner, control traffic flow, and maintain guest areas. They have a small gift/merchandise shop in the restaurant.  / $14,00 per hour
• Busser: Assists servers and management to achieve a successful shift. Stocks replenish, retrieve, and supplies. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision / $4,50 per hour + tips
• Server: Delivers and carries (with or without trays) food and beverage items, for own and others’ tables, with a sense of urgency; knows all table numbers and floor plans. When necessary, will occasionally assist the host person with greeting and seating guests. / $2,83 per hour + tips

Housing and Transportation:

• Housing must be arranged on your own. Leads will be given; 
• Transportation: by walking or by bike;
