Lynwood Inn – York Beach, ME

The Lynwood Inn is a great place to work with many opportunities for additional jobs. The worksite is located just minutes away from York Beach.

York Beach has countless activities available. Participants can visit the arcade, York’s Wild Animal Kingdom, many souvenir shops/restaurants in the downtown area and the many activities available at the beach. There is flexibility for trips to Boston, NYC, the beach is 200 yards away, there are many local cultural events to enjoy.

Start Date/End Date:  June 1st – June 15th until September 30th

Conditions: 

• An intermediate level is required;
• Housekeeping:  Housekeeping duties include but not limited to; making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning floors and windows, scrubbing bathrooms, disposing of trash. There are 14 guest rooms in total at Lynwood Inn. Some gardening and working in the laundry will also be required. It is important to stay flexible and work when needed. This is a private family-owned business. Owners are very hands-on. Approximately 32 hours a week/ $16.00 per hour

• The host employer will provide a t-shirt.Please bring comfortable shorts, or pants. Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes or sports shoes ;

Housing and Transportation:

• Housing on-site at a cost of $150.00 per week (dormitory style);
