LoPresti’s has been a landmark in Atlantic City for the past 32 years and was also named by Food Network as one of the “best food venues on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.” Owner Franco LoPresti prides himself in providing his customers with the finest quality food and service while visiting the Atlantic City boardwalk. LoPresti offers sausage and pepper sandwiches, cheesesteaks as well as delicious hand-tossed pizza and funnel cake. We also sell a variety of 28 soft-serve flavors of ice cream and we have the most amazing homemade lemonade.

Weekly working hours: avg. 32h per week

Start Date/End Date: June 1st – 20th until September 9th – 30th

Conditions: 

• Intermediate English level is required;
• Must arrive on time and start working according to DS dates;
• Restaurant Worker: Participants will be trained to fry foods, make pizza, prep foods, process register transactions, and serve ice cream. Males will be required to help unload shipments and carry large bags of flour up stairs. Must be physically strong and fit. Will learn to make New York-style pizza. Students will be required to clean daily and remove garbage;
• Training may take up to two weeks. Students may not receive full hours until the training period is complete. Students will be trained in all positions;
• Meals are Discounted;
• Employer provides the first shirt for free. Students will be required to provide their own black shorts with no pockets. Non-skid, close-toed, comfortable, supportive shoes or sneakers are
  required.

Housing and Transportation:

• Accommodation must be arranged own, leads will be given;
• Transportation – walking or biking.
