Weekly working hours: avg. 32 per week

Start Date/End Date: June 1st- 15th until September 7th-30th

Conditions: 

• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English; 
• Training will be provided. The training paid at the hourly rate and may take up to two weeks;
• Employer provides uniform. The students are responsible for bringing pants and non – slip shoes. 

1. Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville

• Line or Prep Cook:  Prepares food according to recipes. Coordinates food orders to ensure timely delivery. Prepares food by measuring, cutting, peeling. Ensures all products are stored, labeled, rotated. Ensures cleanliness of all freezers, prep areas. Assists in kitchen cleanliness, including all station equipment, utensils (flat tops, grills, storage drawers) Cleans all dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and utensil / $15.00 per hour
• Host: Must greet guests with a smile, in a friendly and welcoming manner, control the flow of traffic, and maintain guest areas. Must greet guests with a smile, in a friendly and welcoming manner, controls the flow of traffic, and maintains guest areas / $16.00 per hour
• Busser: Assists servers and management to achieve a successful shift. Stocks replenish, retrieve, supplies. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision / $4,50 per hour + tips
• Food Runner: Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies) / $2,83 per hour +tips
• Server: Delivers and/or carries (with or without trays) food and beverage items, for own and others’ tables, with a sense of urgency; knows all table numbers and floor plans. When necessary, will occasionally assist host person with greeting and seating guests. / $2,83 per hour + tips
• Retail Associate : Greets guests with a smile in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Possesses full knowledge of all retail products and provides an interactive guest experience through the utilization of suggestive sales techniques and product demonstrations in a positive and outgoing manner. Processes merchandise sales and returns by operating a point-of-sale system and handling large amounts of currency including cash, credit card transactions, travelers’ checks, vouchers and discounts with high efficiency and accuracy /  $16,00 per hour

2. LandShark Bar & Grill 

• Line or Prep Cook:  Prepares food according to recipes. Coordinates food orders to ensure timely delivery. Prepares food by measuring, cutting, peeling. Ensures all products are stored, labeled, rotated. Ensures cleanliness of all freezers, prep areas. Assists in kitchen cleanliness, including all station equipment, utensils (flat tops, grills, storage drawers) Cleans all dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and utensil / $14.50 per hour
• Host/Retail Associate: Handles initial and final contact with all guests; greets guests in a positive, professional, and welcoming manner and thanks them as they leave. Provides information and conversation while guests are waiting and being seated. Introduces guests to their server. Maintains positive guest satisfaction by answering questions thoroughly, handling complaints or directing them to a manager, and providing specific item suggestions and information about the establishment / $14,00 per hour
