This resort prides itself on being the hub for adventure in Gatlinburg.

Program Description:

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
• Support HR staff in maintaining employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and training documentation.
• Aid in organizing and facilitating employee orientation sessions and training programs.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, responding to employee inquiries, and coordinating employee events or initiatives.

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be full-time university students with an academic focus in Business / Human Resources / Psychology studies OR have graduated less than 12 months from the internship beginning date.
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold Business / Human Resources / Psychology degrees and have at least 1 year of professional work experience related to the training field OR be career professionals with 5 or more years of professional experience in this field.
• Excellent English skills, strong analytical skills along with an exceptional attention to detail
• Prior experience or internship in HR, administration, or a related field is desirable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Demonstrated passion for learning and growing within the field of human resources, with a proactive attitude towards professional development.
