Halcyon Hotel Cherry Creek – Denver, CO

Halcyon is an independent hotel in the heart of the Cherry Creek shopping district — just outside of downtown Denver and within eyeshot of the Rocky Mountains. Denver, the capital of Colorado, is an American metropolis dating to the Old West era. Larimer Square, the city’s oldest block, features landmark 19th-century buildings. Museums include the Denver Art Museum, an ultramodern complex known for its collection of indigenous works, and the mansion of famed Titanic survivor Molly Brown. Denver is also a jumping-off point for ski resorts in the nearby Rocky Mountains.

Start Date/End Date: June 1st – June 15th until September 30th

Conditions: 

• Advanced English level is required;
• Dishwasher: Load and unload dishwashing machines Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china) Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment accordingly Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues;
• Paid hourly training. Hours may be less than 32 weekly during the initial training period;
• Meals can be purchased for 50% off at the restaurant;
• Employers will inform students of uniform specifics closer to their arrival date. Please bring black, closed-toe, non-slip shoes;
