Electrical Engineering & Lighting Program – Princeton, NJ

Training Duration: 12-18 months
Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Position Description:

• Works with client to plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage lighting conversions in facilities
• Provides day-to-day oversight of 3rd parties and electrical contractors in facilities
• Provide problem-solving logic/input to challenges that arise on projects
• Provide weekly updates to program manager and progress to key stakeholders
• Meet with client’s project teams regularly to provide updates on program and discuss open items, challenges, and accomplishments

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, you must be an undergraduate student of Electrical Engineering OR a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation.
• To apply for the Trainee program, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of work experience OR be a career professional of 5 or more years in related field.
• Applicants must speak advanced English
• Experience with lighting design projects highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, exceptional presentation skills. Ability to present technical information in writing, through emails and reports, or orally, to management, technical and non-technical audiences, and functional teams.
• Project management experience is a plus
• Knowledge and interest in sustainable energy
