Position Description:
- Answer incoming inquiries and processing orders
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Applicant Qualifications:
- To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be full-time university students with an academic focus in business studies OR have graduated less than 12 months from the internship begin date.
- To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold business degrees and have at least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years in this field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
- Applicant must speak advanced English
- Applicant must be professional and confidential at all times
- Communication and organizational skills required
- Work well within a collaborative team environment
- Willing to learn and train on the job
