Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream – San Francisco, CA

We have locations in the heart of San Francisco, a popular tourist destination, and across the bay in Berkeley! Weekly working hours: avg. 32h

Start Date/End Date: June 2nd – June 18th until September 30th

• Advanced English;
• Scooper: Ensure the shop maintains a clean and healthy environment for customers and staff. Responsible for creating all menu items and providing freshly baked waffle cones to the stores. They should ensure customer satisfaction by always being friendly, offering timely service, and always using proper product handling techniques. Must have a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and like working with people. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)/  $20.00 per hour
• Flavor coach: Provide assistance to our guests by teaching them about our flavors their ingredients, and our menu items and also creating a fun line atmosphere by asking trivia questions entertaining those waiting in line, and responding to customer inquiries. Must be willing to gain knowledge of all ice cream flavors and their ingredients/ $20.00 per hour
• Catering: Participate in offsite scooping jobs that would require either meeting at a predetermined location in San Francisco or riding along with fellow staff to an offsite location where we set up equipment to deliver a quality experience for guests to enjoy our product;
• Your employer will train you in your assigned position/  $20.00 per hour
• Employer will provide your shirt, nametag & hat (if needed). You must bring nice jeans or khaki pants or knee-length shorts and closed-toe shoes that are comfortable, as you will be standing for your entire shift;

Housing and Transportation:

• Housing – Must arrange own.
• Transportation: Participants can walk, take the bus, ride a bike, etc. to get around.
