Company Description and Location: 

World biggest Krispy Kreme! Learning customer service, doughnut production and processing world-famous doughnuts. You will be near the famous San Francisco Wharf area, Pier 39, and the Embarcadero. There is no shortage of fun things to do! San Francisco is a very culture rich city, providing interaction and exchange with people from all over the world. Besides the numerous museums, famous landmarks, there are wonderful neighborhoods to explore, shopping and outdoor activities as well.

Weekly working hours: avg. 30h per week

Start Date/End Date: May 15th – June 1st till September 15th – September 30th


  • Advanced English level is required;
  • Must arrive on time and start working according to DS dates;
  • Must have excellent customer service skills. Must like working with the public. Cashier: will operate cash registers, handle American currency, wait on customers; stock, clean, and work with the public. Retail: wait on customers, stock, clean, work with the public. Barista: making espresso drinks, helping customers with counter service. Processing: creating Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Production: making doughnuts using the machines. All positions require standing for long periods of time. Will becross-trained for all of these positions. Must be dependable, hardworking, friendly and be a very trustworthy and honest individual;
  • Training will be provided;
  • Donuts are free while on shift;
  • Employer provides the shirt and apron;
  • Please bring black pants or jeans (not torn) and slip resistant black shoes. Pants must be loose fitting and cover the ankle;

Housing and Transportation:

  • Accommodation must arrange own. There is an offered option for accommodation with an average cost of $400 per week/room for two people;
  • Transportation – Students can use the public transportation or bike to and from work;
