Training Duration: 12 months

Compensation: Culinary: $10.50 per hour plus an estimated annual average of $8.66 per hour in gratuity / F&B: $7.50 per hour + an average of $11.30 per hour in gratuity / Front Office: $12.00 per hour plus an estimated annual average of $8.66 per hour in gratuity. 

Housing: provided at a cost of approximately $500 per month,  security deposit of $500 is due upon arrival

Meal Discounts: Shift meal is provided on the property during each shift the student works.

Dress Code: Uniform is provided by the employer. Participants should bring comfortable solid black no-slip shoes (no open toe), solid black socks, and black belt.

Applicant Qualifications:
To apply for an internship program, you must have graduated from Culinary school or must hold a Hospitality/Tourism Management degree.

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking skills)
  • Must be friendly, outgoing, organized, self-reliant, efficient and have computer skills 
  • Previous restaurant work experience is preferred 
  • Applicant must be a team player, have a positive attitude, flexible and must have the ability to communicate with clients and co-workers
